SCBWI BI Online Revision Masterclasses 2021

Two Saturdays: 19 June and 24 July, 2021
10-4pm on Zoom

This two-part masterclass aims to help writers take their rough drafts to a publishable standard. The first workshop provides tools to systematically dissect their novels at a macro – structural – level and devise a revision plan to improve it.

The month break will allow writers to roll up their sleeves, apply what they’ve learned and come to the next workshop ready to dive into the detail. The second workshop will look at their novels at a micro level and provide practical tools for how to polish their prose and craft their submissions packets.

Both masterclasses will be delivered via Zoom.

Chance for a one-to-one critique from top literary agents: Writers who complete the course will be able to submit a cover letter, synopsis and first 1,000 words for the chance to win one-to-ones with top UK literary agents.
