All SCBWI members, old and new are welcome to the SCBWI brunches. The next one is slightly different to usual, to make use of our reliable, predictable, gloriously sunny British summer, we will be meeting at the later time of 12 noon for a BYO picnic on the astro turf canal steps at the back of Kings Cross Station (beside Granary Square N1C 4BH).
It’s really easy to find, you just need to walk up from the bird cage outside of Kings Cross Station on the road that runs between the two stations and cross over the canal at the top. You can bring food and drink just for yourself, or something to share and alcohol is fine too if you want! The turf is usually okay to sit on without a blanket and if it is raining, then we will retreat into the undercover area outside Waitrose which is behind and to the right of the water fountains and the art college.
