In memory of the wonderfully talented Judith Kerr, the next book club will be discussing her catalogue of works.
In particular, we will be discussing ‘When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit’ for fans of middle grade, and of course ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’ and the ‘Mog’ series for picture book lovers. What is it about her writing that endeared her to so many generations of children? What makes her books timeless, if indeed you think they are?
Please do join us for the last meet up before the summer holidays, share your thoughts, and bring your favourite Judith Kerr text along.
Look forward to seeing you there! The event will be held in the basement café of Waterstones Piccadilly from 7pm on 16 July.
